Ingredients

  • 1 can sliced pineapple
  • 1 can peach halves
  • 1 can apricot halves
  • maraschino cherries
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 block butter (not oleo)
  • 4 tsp. curry

Directions

    Drain all fruit real good on paper towels.

    Place in baking dish with pineapple slices on bottom.

    Stack with peach half, then apricot.
  4. 4
    Place cherry on top.

    Melt butter, brown sugar and curry.

    Heat until all is melted.
  7. 7
    Pour over fruit.

    Bake for 30 minutes at 350°. Serve warm if possible.
