Curried Fruit

Ingredients

  • 1 small can each of apricot halves, peach slices and pear slices
  • 1 can pineapple cubes
  • 3 Tbsp. curry
  • 1 sick butter
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar

Directions

    Drain fruits for 1 hour.

    Place in baking dish.

    Sprinkle curry and toss through fruit.

    Crumble butter or margarine and brown sugar over top.

    Bake 1 hour at 350°.

    Serve with curried hamburger and rice and sour cream or yogurt.
