- 1 lb. can apricot halves
- 1 lb. can pear halves
- 1 can bing cherries
- 3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1 lb. can peach halves
- 1/3 c. butter
- 3 Tbsp. curry powder (be careful)
Directions

1Drain fruit.

2Melt butter; add sugar and curry powder.

3Put fruit in casserole.

4Cover with butter mixture.

5Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 1 hour.

6Check in 15 to 20 minutes.

7Add almonds or other nuts, if desired.
