  • 2 c. peaches
  • 2 c. pineapple and 2 c. pears (or 4 c. any kind fruit)
  • 1 c. nuts, chopped
  • 1/3 c. oleo
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 3 or more tsp. curry powder

Directions

    Drain fruit and arrange in casserole.

    Melt butter; add other ingredients.

    Pour mixture over fruit and bake at 350° for 40 minutes, uncovered.
