Curried Fruit Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 (29 oz.) can peach halves
  • 1 (29 oz.) can pear halves
  • 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple slices
  • 1 (15 oz.) can apricot halves
  • 1/4 c. maraschino cherries
  • 3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. butter or oleo, melted
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. curry powder

    Drain all fruits; combine fruits* in

    a 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.

    Combine brown sugar, melted butter and curry; stir well and spoon over fruit.

    Cover and bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

    Good served with any entree.
