- 1 1/4 pounds ground beef
- 3 tablespoons flour, all-purpose
- 3/4 cup onions chopped
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions

1Combine oil, ground beef and onion in frying pan.

2Brown, stirring frequently to break up.

3Sprinkle with salt, pepper and sage.

4Stir in flour until well mixed with meat mixture.

6Stir as it boils and thickens.

8Add more liquid if needed, especially when reheating.
