- 1 pkg. frozen peas
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 tsp. curry powder
- 4 c. water
- 3 chicken stock cubes
- 1/2 c. heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp. mint, chopped
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Cook peas until tender.

2Drain and blend (puree).

3Heat butter in a pan.

4Add flour and curry powder.

5Stir until combined. Remove pan from heat.

6Gradually add water, mixing thoroughly.
