  • 1 can peas 10oz
  • 1 chopped onion small
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups milk

Directions

    Cook and stir onion in butter until tender. Remove from heat and stir

    in flour and seasonings. Cook over low heat until mixture is bubbling.

    Remove from heat and stir in milk. Heat to boiling stirring

    constantly. Boil and stir for one minute. Add peas and heat.
