- 1 pound cauliflower
- 5 ounces pork Lean
- 2 tablespoons celery diced
- 1 cup pineapple diced
- 1 curry powder
- 2 cloves garlic mashed
- 1 cup coconut juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon light soy sauce
- 1 cup water
Directions

1Cut the cauliflower into flower-like shapes. Scald in boiling water. Take out and drain dry. Slice the lean pork and marinate with the seasonings.

2Fry in oil, take out and leave for later use. Saute the mashed garlic and fry with curry powder. Add water and the seasonings to make a thick sauce.

3Put in the cauliflower, pork slices and coconut juice and cook together.

4Add the pineapple dices and celery dices. Dish up and serve.
