  • 2 boxes herb Minute rice
  • 20 green olives
  • 20 black olives
  • 1 jar artichoke hearts
  • 1 c. mayo
  • 1/2 tsp. curry powder
  • few green onions

Directions

    Cook rice as directed. Cool.

    Chop olives and add to rice. Drain artichoke hearts, saving juice.
