- 14 cup onion flakes
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 cups cooked turkey
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
Directions

1Melt butter and add curry, heating for 2-3 minutes, then stir in onion flakes and cook until tender, not brown.

2Blend in flour, salt and pepper, once mixed add broth and cook stirring until boiling.

3Add turkey and bring the mixture to boil again.
