- 1 pound Extra-Lean Ground Turkey
- 1 whole Small Onion, Diced
- 1 whole Small Yellow Squash, Diced
- 1 whole Small Zucchini, Diced
- 1 cup Garbanzo Beans, Drained And Rinsed, Coarsely Chopped
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Coarsely Ground Garlic Salt
- 2 teaspoons Curry Powder
- 1 can (10 Oz. Size) Ro'tel Original, Drained (any Brand Of Diced Tomatoes And Green Chilies Is Fine)
Directions

1Begin browning ground turkey in a greased, medium pan over medium to medium low heat.

2While turkey is still slightly pink, add all remaining ingredients except canned tomatoes.

3Cover and allow vegetables to soften, stirring occasionally.

4Add drained can of Rotel and simmer until ready to eat.

5If there is too much liquid, simmer uncovered for 5 minutes or until liquid reduces.

6Serve with tortilla chips or in taco shells.
