- 4 eggs
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. scalded milk
- 1 (8-inch) unbaked pie shell
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Put eggs, sugar, salt, nutmeg and vanilla into blender; process on low until sugar is dissolved and eggs are lemon colored.

3Add milk; process until well blended.

4Pour into pie shell.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
