  • 4 eggs
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. scalded milk
  • 1 (8-inch) unbaked pie shell

Directions

    Heat oven to 350°.

    Put eggs, sugar, salt, nutmeg and vanilla into blender; process on low until sugar is dissolved and eggs are lemon colored.

    Add milk; process until well blended.

    Pour into pie shell.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
