  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring

    Beat eggs until yolks and whites are blended.

    Add sugar, salt, nutmeg and vanilla.

    Add milk slowly, stirring constantly.
