- 2 c. hot milk (canned milk)
- 2 c. hot water
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- sprinkle of nutmeg
- 1 large deep (10-inch) pie crust
Directions

1Beat eggs until foamy, then add sugar, salt, milk, hot water and vanilla.

2Pour into pie crust.

3Sprinkle top with nutmeg and bake 15 minutes at 450°, then at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
