  • 6 pork chops
  • 1 large onion, chopped fine
  • 8 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 6 Tbsp. catsup
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Flour pork chops; fry in hot grease in frying pan until rich brown.

    Cover with water.

    Add salt and pepper to taste.

    Add catsup and onion.

    Lay potatoes around chops.

    Cover and bake in 350° oven for 1 hour.
