  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Directions

    Beat eggs slightly and add sugar and salt.

    Stir constantly while adding hot milk.

    Pour into an unbaked pie shell.

    Sprinkle with nutmeg.
