  • 1 Egg
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Caramel sauce

    Beat the egg well in a bowl.

    Add the sugar to the milk and gently heat.

    Add the egg, mix well and then strain.
  4. 4
    If you are making them in pudding moulds, thinly coat the moulds with butter.

    Pour in the caramel sauce.

    Pour the pudding mixture into the moulds.

    Line up on a baking tray filled with water, and steam bake for 30 minutes at 170C.

    Chill in the fridge.
