- 1 Egg
- 100 ml Milk
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 Caramel sauce
Directions

1Beat the egg well in a bowl.

2Add the sugar to the milk and gently heat.

3Add the egg, mix well and then strain.

4If you are making them in pudding moulds, thinly coat the moulds with butter.

5Pour in the caramel sauce.

6Pour the pudding mixture into the moulds.

7Line up on a baking tray filled with water, and steam bake for 30 minutes at 170C.

8Chill in the fridge.
