  • 200 grams peas
  • 200 grams beans
  • 1 egg
  • 6 tbsp flour
  • 1 breadcrumbs
  • 1 tahini
  • 1 cumin
  • 1 olive oil
  • 1 salt

Directions

    Boil separately beans (not the green vegetable) and peas

    Blend together the boiled beans, peas, cumin, tahini and salt

    Add egg and flour and mix with hands

    Make round forms with hands, cover with breadcrumbs and fry in the oil
