Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 2 ounces Cynar
  • 1/4 ounce maraschino liqueur
  • 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 ounce agave nectar
  • 1/2 large egg white (optional)
  • 1 baby cucumber, halved and skewered on a pick (optional), and 3 long, thin strips of orange zest, for garnish

Directions

    Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

    Add all of the remaining ingredients except the garnishes and shake well.

    Strain into a chilled coupe or snifter and garnish with the baby cucumber and orange zest.
