- 1 T oil
- 2 onions, chopped
- 6 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 T chili powder
- 1 t cracked pepper
- 1 8 oz bottle chili sauce
- 1/4 c brown sugar
- 1/4 c cider vinegar
- 1 t Worcestershire
- 1 T liquid smoke
- 1/4 c water
- BBQ sauce
- 1 boneless pork shoulder
Directions

1Saute onions and garlic in oil until tender.

2Mix all ingredients in crock pot.

3Add water as needed to keep pork covered. Cook on low, meat is done when it is fork tender. Serve with BBQ sauce and slaw.
