  • 9 ounces icing sugar
  • 1 pound butter
  • 1 pound flour scant

Directions

    Mix all ingredient in a large bowl.

    Split into 2 rolls. Chill a few hours. Roll with as little flour as possible 1/2 inch thick. Cut into fingers, 1 inch by 2 1/2 inches

    Bake at 325, dbl panned, for 15 to 20 minutes, until just changing colour on bottom.
