  • 1 apple
  • 1 onion
  • 1 c. barbecue sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 c. blackberry wine (optional)

Directions

    Place roast in baking bag.

    Slice apples and onions and place on roast.

    Add all other ingredients in bag.

    Seal bag and punch a few holes in it.

    Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350° until tender.
