  • daikon radish (about 1 inch)
  • 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 9 ounces cooked rice
  • 2 1/2 g bonito flakes

Directions

    Cut the daikon into 1/2 inch dice. Marinate in the soy sauce for 10 minutes. Drain and pat dry.

    Stir in the bonito flakes. Stir the daikon mixture into the rice.
