- 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
- 2 tsp. sugar
- preserves or jam
Directions

1Heat oven to 450°.

2Grease cookie sheet.

3Separate dough into 10 biscuits.

4With kitchen shears or knife, make 5 equally spaced 1/2-inch cuts around outer edge of each biscuit to make daisy shape.

5Place biscuits on greased cookie sheet.

6With thumb, make a deep indention in center of each biscuit.

7Spoon 1/2 teaspoon preserves into indentation in each biscuit.

8Sprinkle sugar evenly over biscuits.

9Bake at 450° for 6 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown.

10Makes 10 biscuits.
