- 6 hard-cooked eggs
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Cut eggs in half lengthwise.

2Remove yolks; set whites aside. In a small bowl, mix together yolks, mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper.

3Spoon into a small empty butter tub lined with plastic wrap to mold.

4Chill one hour, then remove and turn onto serving platter center.

5Arrange egg whites around for petals.
