- 200 g Urad Dal (black)
- 300 g red beans
- 250 g onions
- 50 g ginger (Adrak)
- 100 g tomatoes
- 50 g green chilies
- 100 g butter or 100 g ghee
- 5 garlic cloves (Lehsan)
Directions

1Soak dal and red beans over night

2boil with water and salt, until the dal is soft.

3Chop the onions, Ginger (Adrak), green chilies and tomatoes.

4Fry all together in butter/ ghee until turn brown.

5Then add the boiled dal and red beans and allow simmering for 5 to 7 minutes.

6Serve hot with naan.
