  • 1 lb. dandelion greens, washed and cut in small pieces
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • boiling water
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs, seasoned

Directions

    In a large pan, place dandelion greens, salt and water.

    Cook about 10 to 20 minutes or until greens are tender.
