  • 1 c. chopped ham
  • 1 minced onion
  • 3/4 c. grated cheese
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. whole milk
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. melted margarine
  • 2 c. chopped dandelions

    Saute onion and ham in butter.

    Lightly mix with all other ingredients; pour into pie shell.
