Ingredients: 12 cup shortening; 14 cup white sugar, plus; 2 tablespoons white sugar; 14 cup brown sugar, plus; 2 tablespoons brown sugar; 12 teaspoon vanilla; 12 teaspoon baking soda; 14 teaspoon salt; 1 egg; 14 cup dandelion flowers; 1 12 cups all-purpose flour

14 cup white sugar, plus
2 tablespoons white sugar
14 cup brown sugar, plus
2 tablespoons brown sugar
12 teaspoon vanilla
12 teaspoon baking soda
14 teaspoon salt
1 egg
14 cup dandelion flowers
1 12 cups all-purpose flour

Directions

Mix together the sugars + shortening until creamy.

Add vanilla and egg and beat well.

Mix all dry ingredients including petals.

Drop by spoonfuls or roll into balls about 1/2 inch diameter on ungreased cookie sheet.

375* for about 7 minutes or til golden brown.
