- 1/2 lb. lean pork
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 1 grated onion
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. milk
Directions

1Have the beef and pork ground twice.

2Combine with flour, salt, pepper, onion, eggs and milk; mix well.

3Shape into 3/4 to 1-inch meat balls.

4Fry in butter or margarine.

5This may be made into a meat loaf.

6Bake at 370° until it pulls away from pan.

7This goes well with fried red cabbage.
