- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 3/4 c. sifted flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Beat eggs until thick & lemon colored.

2Stir in milk.

3Sift dry ingredients and add to egg mixture; mixing until smooth.

4Drop in small amounts (1 Tbsp. for 3 inch cake) into moderate hot buttered griddle.

5Spread batter to make thin cakes.
