- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- cilantro, salt and pepper to taste

1Drain beans, peel the skins off for a better taste and reserve the liquid when you do so.

2Blend beans, along with the other ingredients and 1/4 cup of the liquid.

3Process until the mixture is smooth.

4Add liquid until the desired consistency is reached.

5Adjust seasonings along with more paprika, lime juice, cilantro, salt and pepper.
