Ingredients
- 500 g white flour
- 250 ml milk (warm)
- 1 eggs
- 40 g sugar
- 50 g soft butter
- 25 g fresh yeast
Directions

1Add yeast to the warmed milk

2Add sugar, eggs, melted butter and a pinch of salt to the milk.

3Slowly add the flour and knead until a dough

4Set the dough to rise in a warm place, loosely covered in cling film for 1 hour.

5Cut the dough into 40g pieces and roll out

6Add filling (cheese & ham) and make a ball around it with the dough.

7Grease and paper a large round baking tray

8Stuff the balls tightly into the baking tray

9Leave filled balls to rise for another .5 hours.

10Brush lightly with egg yolk and milk.

11Bake in a pre heated oven at 170 for 30 minutes or until brown on top.
