- 15 12 ounces cherries, a can of pitted dark sweet cherries in heavy syrup
- 12 cup whipping cream
- 3 tablespoons sugar
Directions

1Strain syrup from can of cherries into a medium saucepan.

2Boil until reduced by half.

3Stir in cherries, whipping cream and sugar and boil 3-5 minutes or until slightly thickened.

4Serve at room temperature.
