- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. Karo
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- nuts
Directions

1Cook sugar, Karo, water to 248°.

2Beat 1 egg white until stiff.

3Pour 1/2 syrup over beaten egg white.

4Cook other 1/2 syrup to 290°-300° on candy thermometer.

5Pour over egg white mixture.

6Beat until mixture loses gloss.

7Add vanilla and nuts. Pour into lightly greased 8x8 pan.
