- 1 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/2 c. snipped apricots
- 1 c. chopped dates
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
Directions

1Sift together first 4 ingredients.

2Stir in next 3 ingredients.

3In another bowl, beat eggs until light.

4Add milk and oil.

5Stir into flour mixture.

6Pour into a greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.

7Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 60 to 70 minutes.
