  • 3 c. sifted flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 c. snipped apricots
  • 1 c. chopped dates
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil

    Sift together first 4 ingredients.

    Stir in next 3 ingredients.

    In another bowl, beat eggs until light.

    Add milk and oil.

    Stir into flour mixture.

    Pour into a greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.

    Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 60 to 70 minutes.
