- 1 stick margarine or butter
- 1 8 oz. chopped dates
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 1/2 to 2 c. Rice Crispies
- 1 to 2 c. flaked coconut
- sheet of aluminum foil
Directions

1Cook over low heat first 4 ingredients for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in 1 1/2 cups Rice Crispies.

2Add rest of Rice Crispies if needed.

3Prepare aluminum foil with part of coconut; spread over to put mixture on adding more coconut as needed.
