- 1 c. chopped dates
- 1 stick butter
- 2 egg yolks, beaten
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. Rice Krispies
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. coconut
Directions

1In a saucepan over medium heat, place dates, butter and sugar. Stir constantly until melted.

2Slowly add slightly beaten eggs; cook until thickened.

3Add vanilla.

4Remove from heat.

5Add Rice Krispies and nuts.

6Stir.

7Roll in balls, then roll in coconut until covered.

8Cover and place in icebox to chill.
