- 1 c. pitted dates
- 1 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. dried apricots
- 1/2 c. pitted prunes or figs
- unsweetened orange juice (to moisten)
- flaked coconut or chopped walnuts
Directions

1In food grinder, grind together dates, raisins, apricots and prunes/figs.

2Combine with orange juice in 2-quart mixing bowl. Roll into bite-size balls.

3Roll in coconut or in nuts. Refrigerate, covered, until time to serve.

4Yields about 2 dozen.
