- 1 c. pecans, coarsely chopped
- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. butter, softened
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- 4 eggs, separated
- 3/4 c. milk
- 2 unbaked 9-inch pastry shells
Directions

1Combine dates, pecans and flour; stir well and set aside. Combine sugar, butter, vanilla and salt in a large mixing bowl; mix well.
