  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • 1/3 c. ketchup
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. flavored beef crumbs
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 lb. thin sliced boiled ham
  • 4 oz. Mozzarella cheese

    Mix first 7 ingredients together.

    Flatten out on waxed paper with rolling pin.

    Cover flattened ingredients with a layer of boiled ham.

    Then sprinkle Mozzarella cheese over ham.

    Roll everything together like a jelly roll; seal ends tightly.

    Bake for 1 hour at 350°.
