- 4 to 6 medium potatoes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. softened butter
- 1/3 c. warm milk
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
Directions

1Wash and cut potatoes into 4 pieces each.

2Cover with boiling water.

3Add salt and cook for 20 to 40 minutes, until tender when tested with a fork.

4Drain.

5Add softened butter and warm milk. Mash until free of lumps.

6Heat the sour cream in a small saucepan over a low flame.

7Add mustard and sugar to the sour cream.

8Pour over the potatoes and mix well.

9Heat in a 350° oven for 12 minutes.
