- 2 c. finely chopped rhubarb
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch, dissolved in milk
- 1 c. milk
- small bit of grated orange rind
Directions

1Cook in double boiler until thick. Put in an unbaked pie shell and bake until firm and crust is brown. When cool, add meringue and bake until peaks are brown.
