  • 8 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 8 slices ham
  • 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup
  • 3/4 c. dry sherry

Directions

    Wrap each chicken breast half in a slice of cheese, then a slice of ham.

    Place, seam side down, in shallow baking dish.

    In bowl, mix soup with sherry; pour over chicken.

    Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
