  • 1 large roast
  • 8 to 10 potatoes
  • 2 to 3 large onions
  • 10 to 15 carrots
  • 2 cans creamy onion soup
  • 2 cans Franco-American beef gravy (brown)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Put roast in roasting pan that 1/2 covers roast.

    Bake at 425° for 1 hour.

    Mix soup on stove top until smooth.

    Add soup to roast and carrots.
  5. 5
    Reduce to 375°.

    Bake about 30 minutes and then add potatoes and onions.
