- 1 large roast
- 8 to 10 potatoes
- 2 to 3 large onions
- 10 to 15 carrots
- 2 cans creamy onion soup
- 2 cans Franco-American beef gravy (brown)
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Put roast in roasting pan that 1/2 covers roast.

2Bake at 425° for 1 hour.

3Mix soup on stove top until smooth.

4Add soup to roast and carrots.

5Reduce to 375°.

6Bake about 30 minutes and then add potatoes and onions.
