Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. chopped olives or onion
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 6 to 8 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
  • 12 to 14 slices crisp cooked bacon, crumbled

Directions

    With a few drops of lemon juice, mix first 3 ingredients together well.

    Add rest of ingredients.

    Stir in gently, reserving some bacon to garnish the top.

    Bake uncovered at 350° about 20 to 30 minutes.

    Serve on toasted English muffins.

    May be prepared a day or so ahead, covered and refrigerated.

    Serve with sliced tomatoes, orange juice and coffee!!!
