  • 1 lb. cubed or tenderized beef cubes
  • 3 medium carrots, sliced
  • 1 small green pepper, cut in 3/4-inch pieces
  • 1 small onion, sliced thin
  • 1/2 (12 oz.) jar (2/3 c.) mushroom gravy
  • 2 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce

    Cut meat into small pieces; brown.

    Add carrots, green pepper and onion.

    In 2-cup measuring pitcher, combine mushroom gravy and teriyaki sauce; pour over vegetables.
