- 1 qt. half and half
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream
- 3 eggs, separated
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 pt. whiskey
- 1 jigger rum (1 oz.)
- 1 jigger brandy (1 oz.)
- nutmeg
Directions

1Beat egg whites until stiff.

2In separate bowl, beat whipping cream until thick.

3In a large bowl (third), beat egg yolks with sugar and add liquors.

4Add half and half, egg whites and whipping cream and stir gently until well blended.

5Sprinkle top with nutmeg.

6If too thick, add more half and half.

7Can cut down on whiskey or omit as tastes dictate.

8Also can substitute milk for half and half to cut down on fat.
