- 2 c. Crisco
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 lb. powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 3/4 c. warm water
- 1 tsp. vinegar (added to water)
- choice of flavoring
Directions

1Beat Crisco, salt and water until thoroughly mixed. Then add cornstarch, flavoring and powdered sugar one cup at a time. Beat for 5 minutes or until icing is very creamy. Great for decorating cakes. Keeps well in a sealed bowl in the refrigerator.
